This concept is for a general construction firm that needs to look established without looking corporate. The copy is the strongest of the six demos — direct, specific, no filler — and it's also the smallest page of the set, which is not a coincidence: less bloat means more of what loads is actually the pitch. The build originally leaned on a few shortcuts that don't belong in a production site — a development CDN for styling, and photography hot-linked from a third-party image host at full size — both fixed in this rebuild by compiling the styles to static CSS and serving resized, self-hosted images. Decisions: real HTML in the body from the start, so the strong copy is actually visible to a search engine, not just a visitor. Outcome: the best-written of the six, now also technically sound rather than just well-written.

Measured

Measured on this build: 12,591 characters of real HTML text in the body with no JavaScript run, page weight reduced from the original 63 KB baseline after removing the CDN dependency and hot-linked images.

Known issues fixed as part of this rebuild: dev-only Tailwind CDN replaced with compiled static CSS; 14 hot-linked third-party images replaced with self-hosted resized WebP.
