What happens if Kinetiq Dev stops

Nothing. You keep the logins and the files. Every site is built on infrastructure you can access and move independently — nothing is locked to a Kinetiq Dev account you don't control. There's no dependency on me continuing to trade for your site to keep working.

Privacy

The contact form on /contact stores nothing. It builds a pre-filled email and hands it to your own email application — no server, no database, no cookies, no analytics tracking your visit.

Where a site is built for you as a client, any data collection on that site (e.g. a quote form) is scoped and agreed with you directly and documented in your build.

Data deletion

Because nothing is stored by this site, there's nothing to delete. If you've emailed or called with information you'd like removed from any record I hold about your project, email chisom@kinetiqdev.com and it will be deleted, no form required.

Terms

Payment on trades work is half at the start, half when the site is live. You own the domain, the site and the logins once it's delivered — there is no ongoing licence fee unless you choose the optional Care plan. Prices exclude VAT where applicable; Kinetiq Dev is not VAT-registered.
